Board of Visitors
Founded in 1999, the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis Board of Visitors is comprised of some of Indianapolis' most influential business leaders. Since its beginning, the Board has played a pivotal role in the life and culture of the school. By providing insight into the local and state business environment, the Board has helped Kelley create a business education that is steeped not only in theory but in real life practice.
Mission
The board contributes to the school's strategy plan by providing information and guidance to administrators, faculty, and students. At times the board is asked to:
- Recommend steps to improve and expand the School's current relationships with business, industry, and the greater Indianapolis community.
- Propose mechanisms and programs that best link the School, its students, and faculty to business and industry needs.
- Encourage appropriate faculty and student interaction with business and industry.
The board meets twice a year and members serve 3-year terms.
