Get Involved
Take your leadership skills to the next level by getting involved with the Kelley chapter! Serve on the Board and interact with fellow students, faculty, and Kelley staff. Board members serve a term of twelve months and represent the chapter on the local and national level. Elections are held at the beginning of the school-year in August.
Board positions include:
President
- Represents the organization on its behalf.
- Oversees all meetings and activities, in conjunction with the Executive Committee.
- Ensures that the chapter is abiding by the rules and regulations set forth by the University.
- Facilitates annual chapter planning meeting to ensure value added benefits for membership.
Vice President Membership and Marketing
- Oversees marketing of chapter and brand awareness among MBA students.
- Assists with promotion of chapter events and activities.
- Represents the President in her absence.
- Takes minutes at all meetings.
- Manages website design and content.
Vice President Finance
- Prepares budget and manages chapter account.
- Collects and reimburses expense reports from officers.
- Collects dues from members.
- Coordinates fundraising activities for NAWMBA.
Vice President Events
- Plans and coordinates social and philanthropic events for the chapter.
- Oversees the planning, funding, promotion, and implementation of all chapter programs, services, and social events.
