The Evening MBA Association Constitution articulates the purpose and rules for this body which represents the students of the Kelley Evening MBA program. The document describes how members are elected and their responsibilities, as well as the duties of the officers of the organization.
In addition to the constitution, the EMBAA members and officers have started the development of a business plan and a set of standard operation procedures. Annual reports will be developed at the end of every academic year to describe what goals have been accomplished and what initiatives the board is involved with.
