This ceremony recognizes all KSB graduate students including Evening MBA, MPA and Kelley Direct students. Caps and gowns are required and all graduates are encouraged to attend with their families and friends. The 1 to 1-1/2 hour ceremony ceremony is usually held the day before the university commencement ceremony with grads to check in 30 minutes prior to the start. Teaching and student awards are usually presented at this time. Diplomas will not be available until 2 weeks after the ceremony when grades have been certified. You will be notified when you may either come in and pick up your diploma or give us a specific address to mail it to. Academic apparel rental and optional announcements are ordered through the IUPUI Alumni Relations.
IUPUI Ceremony
The IUPUI University commencement is for all students (both grad and undergraduate) graduating. Students should report approximately 1/2 hour before the processional starts to get lined up. The Presidents of Indiana University and Purdue University attend this ceremony as well as other state and local dignitaries. Students are not individually recognized but are identified as a school when their degrees are conferred.
