FIND Professional Development
Each student will meet at least once with the Enterprise Director(s) to discuss strategies for professional development. Additionally, students will attend lectures, complete self-assessment tools, engage in a weekend long practical experience, receive career coaching, and hands-on exposure to leadership development strategies.
