FIND Projects
Your FIND experience may entail one of the two following options:
- Financial Management and Consulting Projects
You may volunteer for a team project identified by the Enterprise Director, with a Corporate Partner of the Kelley School. Most projects will address corporate finance topics such as financial planning and strategy, capital raising, evaluation of capital, investment opportunities, and real estate finance. If you have a specific interest, you may initiate a project with an organization of your own choosing. - Investment Management Society Projects
The FIND Enterprise Director and students are currently seeking the final funding for a student management portfolio. With the funding in place, you will manage a mock portfolio with the investment objective of a university endowment fund. Projects will include researching investment strategies including asset allocation and equity strategies. Findings will be reported to fellow MBA students and a panel of experts. The strategies will be evaluated and a decision will be made on the strategy or combination of strategies to be implemented. Students will then implement the strategy(ies) in a simulated environment.
