Mainstreet Institute
Many top-ranked business schools focus on preparing their students for jobs on Wall Street. At the IU Kelley School of Business Indianapolis, we're also supporting our business community closer to home, on the Main Streets of Central Indiana.
The Kelley Indianapolis Main Street initiative is our effort to help the region's small and mid-sized businesses grow. Kelley's nationally-recognized faculty will be focusing on the key business issues for these companies, providing insight and analysis based on cutting-edge research. We've partnered with the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce to provide educational seminars and workshops to these companies through the Main Street Institute. And we're working to match our promising graduate and undergraduate students with opportunities in smaller companies – more than half of Kelley Indianapolis MBA students already work in businesses with 100 or fewer employees.
Small and mid-sized firms are the foundation of Central Indiana's economy; more than 90% of the region's businesses have 50 or fewer employees. By helping these companies succeed, the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis is helping Central Indiana thrive.
Kelley Business Education Network (KBEN)
KBEN is a partnership of companies working with Kelley to design, deliver, and manage executive education programs for middle and upper-level managers. These programs are currently offered in the following metro areas: Chicago, Cincinnati, Evansville, Indianapolis, and Louisville.
