Ethics Task Force
To address the problem of cheating at Kelley, our task force has had to first understand the problem. Through extensive debate and input from the student body, it was soon evident that a large part of the problem was lack of awareness. Right away, our team set out to research the extent of the problem and the effect of academic misconduct at our school, and to find an effective means to communicate what we found. To reach the largest audience possible, our task force decided to create a professional and dynamic brochure informing students what academic misconduct is, how much is going on at our school, the consequences of such behavior, and what to do if you find someone cheating. Today, the brochure has reached over 1000 students who are admitted to Kelley and enrolled in Kelley classes. It has gained the support and recognition of the faculty. Future projects include a video on the subject, a parody of the Trump reality show, to be written, directed and produced by students and alumni and staring some very familiar faces in the school. We hope that in the future, academic misconduct will become an issue of the past!
